Brian Gillikin

Brian is a technical lead and data scientist at IBM, lecturer at the University of Maryland, and PhD Fellow at UNU-MERIT. His professional and research interests center on analytics systems in data-scarce contexts, socio-technical aspects of innovation, and good AI. He has led technology, analytics, and education projects for public sector and civil society organizations in the U.S., Georgia, Estonia, France, India, the Philippines, Guyana, Niger, and Nigeria.
