Tatiana Momtselidze

Tata is a Data Cluster Product Owner in Bank of Georgia. Her main focus area is to optimize and automate different business processes in back office and operations directions, using different data analytics tools and machine learning. During the four years of her experience in Bank of Georgia, she optimized more than 10 significant business processes which support Bank’s major operations.

Before that, Tata worked in different local and international Banks as a Product Owner and Project Manager. She also has more than 3 years of experience in Business Consulting sector, managing projects in capacity building, organizational improvement, business analytics and coaching directions in different industries.
